Paul Russell. Executive Creative Director, Owner. Although Paul is the very embodiment of a visionary creative, his keen strategic mind has taken him a long way since 2003, when he first joined the agency as a bright-eyed designer. Today, Paul leads on global campaigns for the biggest brands in healthcare. His substantial healthcare experience and insight continues to be a reassuring presence for client and agency teams alike. When he’s not relentlessly driving the agency forward, Paul can often be seen practising his swing on the course, although he’d prefer to call it, ‘networking’.

Lynn Reeves. Project Lead. Lynn is the glue that binds the agency. Her indefatigable spirit and calmness under pressure makes her a joy to work with and a big reason why her client relationships have lasted decades. Although her eye for exacting detail and high proofing standards is often a go to skill set for the agency, Lynn is in her true element when exceeding client expectations and managing project timelines. Lynn is usually the last to take her holidays but the first to admit they went by too quickly.

Sanjay Shan. Creative Strategy Lead. At JMP Health, Sanj epitomises ‘head in the clouds, feet on the ground’, in the quest for the story behind the numbers. His eclectic approach to advertising and branding has been gained over a decade of working in diverse market sectors across telecom, FMCG and healthcare. As a result, Sanj often takes the road less travelled to arrive at a more uniquely defined point of view and creative proposition. When he’s not finding hidden motives, Sanj likes to lose himself in the peace and quiet of the Yorkshire Dales.

Gary Manns. Head of 3D. Along with being an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, Gary’s sense of imagination is always running wild. A master of automotive and medical illustration, to name a few, Gary brings an impressive 3D visualisation pedigree, honed over 12 years of industry experience. He is an invaluable part of the design studio with an ability to bring high concept creative to life with great accuracy and efficiency. When he’s not breaking the back of a tricky 3D design brief, Gary is busy trying to break his personal record in the 10K run.

Nick Hall. Creative Designer. Being a master storyteller and logo maker, Nick’s love of typography and design is plain to see. He brings a wealth of healthcare experience and a ‘never say die’ attitude to even the most challenging of briefs and has been at the forefront of some of the biggest campaigns in JMP’s history. Nick never stays still for long - when he’s not camped behind his Mac, Nick is busy planning his next camping trip.

Nick West. Head of Digital and Film. A self-confessed film buff, Nick is often his most demanding critic, always spurring himself on to get the best possible look or finish, be it for stills or motion. Nick’s uncanny ability to process information helps him capture the essence of any demanding technical brief and his outstanding post-production skills are second to none. When he’s not pushing pixels, Nick can be found playing guitar or exploring the local countryside.
